1. I only have a 4g network inside big cities and unstable 3g sometimes and not always.Worst possible service ever they made me multiple contracts ... And the time it took for 1 of them was to long to be canceled and another one they didn't close even thought i submitted a close request and now are refusing to even discuss about it .
2. I requested customer service that I don't need the card anymore after such a long time, but they didn't care.
3. Impractical complicated application (used to manage personal data and phone plans...) Old clients do NOT upgrade to the new advantages offered to attract new clients... There are many other much better SIM provider to choose from ...Useful to know how much data you've used and how much you still have befire the end of the month.
4. I had to stop their charges, because I never used the card, so they then giving you even a higher billDONT DO IT!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I'm glad there's a platform to warn others about winsim, but 500letters is not enough space to describe all the problems.
5. Multiple times customer service gives incorrect information, rude, and hasnt cared to correct the problem.
6. Try to improve that app cause it's really a downside for the image of your company.Very poor customer service.
7. The client service doesn't make up for their mistake and so on ... Run from it ..This company with it's all services is a real disaster.
8. First they didn't deliver the SIM card, but they were charging my credit card, without providing any services.
9. If you Want to quit you need a mail a messege and a phone all of them at least one month earlier of the expiration date of your program.
10. They offered 20euro credit, then didn't give it, sim doesnt work, and I'm expected to pay for 6months.
11. They made me wait for one month to get a sim card and finally they send nothing.
