Why should I report an Issue with Times Table - Learn Math?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Overall, unhappy that this won't work for what I was intending.I tried to disable the adds, first it asked for 30/- when I click on think expensive it asked to pay 15/- I paid money dedicated, but adds not removed on my application.

2. Two stars are deducted for this reason.it is good for children because it makes us learn more and more and games are good because they help you to learn extra things not only in study this app also helps in entertainment.Is like so fun and I like how they give us like mazes and quizzes.

3. Fake.. People loose money, don't pay to remove adds, but app is really good to make kids quick on maths.

4. Although i think there are many adds throughout the app, its better than having my data and personal info being sold off, so needless to say its a great app.The best app ever created for slow/medium learns having difficulties with multiplication/division.

5. I've been looking for a maths game that has various functions to help memorise Multiplication and Division, and this is absolutely spot on.

6. But need improvement on user account setup and remove adds option.Too many ads.

7. It's definitely a great way to memorise for math tests and for some cognitive maths training.

8. I highly recommend it!As soon as I started using the app, a 30 second long ad appeared that broke the concentration and took forever to finish.. this is counter-productive and rubbish.

9. Making money from ads is understandable, but in this fashion where you're bombarded with such long ads from the very start of your experience with the app is an immediate turn-off.

1. Fix Times Table Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Times Table: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Times Table App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Times Table" » Open Times Table - Learn Math » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Times Table » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Times Table - Learn Math app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Times Table servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Times Table - Learn Math" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Times Table app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Times Table might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Times Table. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Times Table then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Times Table not working

2. Fix Times Table Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Times Table be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Times Table not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Times Table may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
