1. My handy has hot spot active in my account and shows it to be good for t-mobile, but this app says my username doesn't exist.The app says to connect via same debitel login but it didn't.

1. Fix freenet Hotspots Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart freenet Hotspots: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the freenet Hotspots App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "freenet Hotspots" » Open freenet Hotspots » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for freenet Hotspots » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear freenet Hotspots app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from freenet Hotspots servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "freenet Hotspots" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check freenet Hotspots app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, freenet Hotspots might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall freenet Hotspots. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall freenet Hotspots then reinstall.
