1. No paid options as well.It's a serious drawback for me as a German learner that I can not select words/sentences to copy into a dictionary or google translate, so I need to read Spiegel instead.

2. but why are all titles / headlines always cut short, sentences not complete ? one could reduce the size of the corresponding picture and there would be enough space for full sentences.

3. When I click on the push notifications it goes directly to the end of the entire News Ticker article si I have to scroll all the way up for the latest news.

1. Fix FOCUS online Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FOCUS online: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FOCUS online App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOCUS online" » Open FOCUS online - Nachrichten » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOCUS online » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FOCUS online - Nachrichten app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOCUS online servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOCUS online - Nachrichten" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FOCUS online app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOCUS online might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FOCUS online. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOCUS online then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FOCUS online not working
