Why should I report an Issue with Zoosk - Social Dating App?

1. Who can pick who they "like" without a location? This is after all a "dating app" and if a person lives too far away to "date" what the heck difference does it make? If a member lists the maximum distance they are willing to consider, the app should respect that even if it means there are only a few matches.

2. And if you choose I had trouble using Zoosk it gives you directions to contact customer service but again does not allow you to deactivate your account.Seems like a lot of bots.

6. I can always change my search criteria.It's hard to tell if someone is a good match through the Connections section, you don't get to see the profiles, just a picture.

7. As soon as I bought the subscription this go round I immediately had issues with the app and online services, the number of potential members to view were cut in half unless you use the carousel.

8. The carousel portion is frustrating as you can't see the person's location and their proximity to you.

9. Basically if a profile pops up in front of you on your search page, that counts as a View of the profile (as opposed to clicking on someone's profile to view it).

10. Very frustrating! Carousel is a useless tool as it doesn't take any of your preferences into account and you can't see how far away some is when choosing to "like" or not.

11. Routinely gives you "views" to keep you interacting with the app though those people may not be actively viewing your profile.

1. Fix Zoosk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoosk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoosk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoosk" » Open Zoosk - Social Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoosk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoosk - Social Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoosk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoosk - Social Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoosk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoosk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoosk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoosk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoosk not working

2. Fix Zoosk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoosk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoosk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoosk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
