1. I have contacted customer service on more than one occasion -- once, thanks to my location app, I was able to send a detailed list of all the miles from a recent trip, and they threw 300 miles into my account with an apology (I had over 800 miles on the trip, so I was awarded less than half).
2. I travel a minimum of 30 miles a day, and I get credit for 1 out of 5 trips made.
3. I am missing days worth of trips and when a trip is recognized I get credit for only part of the distance.
4. If they fix the issue with not documenting all my travel destinations; I'll change my rating.The app makes it seem like you get free items for however many 'miles' you go.
5. this app is false advertising.Just drove almost 600 miles round trip and did not receive a single mile.
6. Update 3/27 Still not getting credit for all my trips, can't get to gold if they do not count all the trips.
7. App has been removed!Inaccurate tracking of miles & time.
8. I've been having repetitive cases where trips aren't being detected at all.
9. Unfortunately it doesn't credit all of your travel points so you miss out on a lot of points.
10. If you don't travel a lot i wouldn't recommend this app due to the fact that it cost a lot of mile points to get a half decent reward.
11. Have not been able to get all the points with getting upper levels.

This is not a reflection on the app or service and while I'm not legally required to, it's a matter that has arisen in my divorce and have been strongly compelled by my legal advisor to simply wipe anything that could contain information for both if the parties involved. I do intend to register again as ive used the app a decade or so ago and was satisfied with it.
Again under the CCPA there is a $7500 finefor failure to comply with this request and while I'm not required to, I feel I should inform you that it's not an issue with the app, all the burden lies on my end.
I do appreciate your time and compliance and we will do business in the future. Thank you.
