Why should I report an Issue with SchoolFox?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Fox Education Services to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It can't replace the email so far...The app has a good idea and it cold be useful, but very slow, the app is always forgetting saved pasword and data.... Sometimes it shows notifications, sometimes not- although they are turned on.

2. I think that was made a bit complicated.The idea is good, but the app is excruciatingly slow, everything takes forever to load, the UI is sub-optimal with many unnecessary taps, the stability also desires best.

3. Only gallery apps and Google drive were available to use.Perfect tool for school!! Easy to use and stay connected.

4. Easy to stay up to date, and I get the information directly from my kid's school.I'm really excited about this application and I support it.

5. To upload photos (homework) you can't choose all 5 or 10 photos at once but have to upload each one separately-oh,it takes soooo much time.

7. Hopefully it can improve soon.It will be nicer if the user could select all 10 photos (for attachment) at once, not going 10 times to select another image.

1. Fix SchoolFox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SchoolFox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SchoolFox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SchoolFox" » Open SchoolFox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SchoolFox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SchoolFox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SchoolFox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SchoolFox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SchoolFox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SchoolFox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SchoolFox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SchoolFox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SchoolFox not working

2. Fix SchoolFox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SchoolFox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SchoolFox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SchoolFox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
