1. It's terrible! - It's slow, crashes often, I don't always get the messages my child sends, each time a message is sent/received the whole history of messages has to reload, you can't delete or save pics etc.
2. Should be easy to temporarily/quick-fix, either by allowing to delete all messages, or sort the messages from new-old, or better, fix the issue! Uninstall fixed the issue (deletes all messages), but come on, it shouldn't be necessary.
3. It is of a crucial importance that all communication features are functioning properly so please fix the one mentioned above.The watch is OK, the app (Android) is a nightmare, with the messages scrolling "forever".
4. Please update soon and start sorting out these problems with the app... It's now over 2 months since the last update ! ???The watch is good but the app needs improvement.
5. Note that there is no option for children to send their own texts, only pre-composed messages or emojis, an on screen keyboard exists and could surely be leveraged to enable this feature.
6. We are quite happy with the watch and whole concept, but the parent app is super disappointing.The watch looks well made and is easy to use.
7. I see several users complaining on the same issue.This app is below what you would expect from such a pricey watch.
8. Removing watch and re-attaching does not solve the issue.
9. Chat system is very slow to load and it loads the oldest message first then it slowly scrolls down to the newly received message.
10. The safety zone messages don't arrive in real-time when my phone isn't active.
11. The watch is quite good but in my opinion it loses a lot of good points because of the app.
