All thanks to the developer of ChatBot - AI Chat.This app deserves 5 stars , probably even 6 if possible , but for the fact that it's edition is based on September 2021 and I can't find a way to upgrade it to 2023 edition , it's a bad idea , which means it has 60 to 70 percent chance to provide incorrect answers to questions beyond 2021, that's why I rated 3.I have never in my life come across something as wonderful as this AI chat.

2. keep up the good work guys.Very nice app to learn many things regarding health ,I would have rated it five stars but the number of free messages are little which means if someone has no credit then can't afford it yet it's very importantMy experience about it is great... But what I noticed is the answers were already programed and the bot only tell you what it's programed to say and not what you actually want 👍This app helps me a lot .

1. Fix ChatBot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatBot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatBot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatBot" » Open ChatBot - AI Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatBot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatBot - AI Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatBot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatBot - AI Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatBot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatBot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatBot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatBot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatBot not working

2. Fix ChatBot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatBot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatBot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatBot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
