Bitwarden Password Manager Customer Insights

1. BitWarden gives you what you need at no cost and doesn't try to add a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles to try to justify charging a subscription fee like a bunch of the other greedy apps (which aren't even secure to begin with.) Thanks, Bitwarden for giving me an awesome, trustworthy password manager that syncs across my devices without needing to pay an arm and a leg for it.Free password manager that works fantastically.

2. A few other users mentioned other things that I too find frustrating...when the auto-fill covers the password/username login, being one for example.I really like this password manager thus far.

3. That feature really would have made things nice and convenient. As a long time user of LastPass, I decided to make the switch to Bitwarden after hearing of the hack into the LastPass database, or whatever it was.

4. I had tried a couple other password managers and had been unsatisfied with them so I was hesitant while downloading Bitwarden.

5. Highly recommended, especially for people who use differing, strong passwords for maximum safety.I like how this password manager allows me to be in control of my passwords and it is not tied to a single device or web browser.

6. Other than that, it's amazing. So far I'm liking my move from LastPass to Bitwarden.

7. Can generate usernames/passwords, has an autofill service (optional), can make folders to organize your logins/cards/etc, syncs to desktop app... did I mention it's FREE? no subscription! I'd happily pay quite a bit as a one-time payment for it, though.

8. I'm hooked.Though I'm sure it has more to do with Samsung and they're Apple-esque device management, but Bitwarden's pop-ups and auto fills can be a bit wonky at times.

9. To my surprise, I found Bitwarden to be easier to use than LastPass and I will soon cancel my LastPass subscription.

10. It's super useful and helpful.A super easy way to safely store the username and password for all my accounts.

11. The only disadvantage, which becomes a little bit tedious at times, is that I set it to never lock my vault on my smartphone and it still does.Second time I'm experiencing an issue with the app crashing and not opening at all on my phone.
