1. Too many "upgrades" has ruined it.*EDIT* Problem has been fixed.. as promised.... Unable to disable audible alert....grrr......used to love this app for local weather, but in one of the last updates, I can no longer turn off audible alerts....nothing worse than having "There is a new station alert....", when you are engrossed in something at work, and about jump out of your skin.

2. Seems the whole point of the alerts is just to get me to watch an ad.Uninstalled on both of our phones because of the loud A NEW STATION ALERT HAS ARRIVED audible message that randomly shouts out.

3. Hopefully this will be a permanent fix because I really depend on this local weather app!Forecast is less accurate then generic NOAA forecasts, get audio alerts several times a day alerting me to the fact that nothing is happening.

5. Now it takes forever to load, half the time the app doesn't update so I cant actually see the forecast, and it's filled with a bunch of info and articles i dont care about.

6. The audible weather alerts are over the top.

7. It was an easy, reliable, no frills weather map with the important info quickly accessible.

1. Fix WXOW Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WXOW Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WXOW Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WXOW Weather" » Open WXOW Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WXOW Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WXOW Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WXOW Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WXOW Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WXOW Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WXOW Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WXOW Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WXOW Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WXOW Weather not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WXOW Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
