1. This app could have such great potential, but if they are focused in saving lives, fix the bugs.Update 6/19/23 Since the last update app want open until 3rd or 4th try,get notification that says close app app not responding.

2. Great weather app.I used to love this app until they started showing an ad when you try to look at the radar.

3. Sometimes the radar doesnt show the highlighted areas for things like severe thunderstorm warnings or tornado warnings.

4. REALLY.I love this app for the fact you guys send updates on weather through videos.

5. It's the only one I can find that shows tornado watches and warnings on the radar but the ads are unnecessary.

6. Have to sit through ads hoping a tornado doesn't hit until you can see the weather report.This app is not working so therefore it is not reliable.

1. Fix WTVA Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTVA Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTVA Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTVA Weather" » Open WTVA Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTVA Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTVA Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTVA Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTVA Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTVA Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTVA Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTVA Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTVA Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTVA Weather not working
