It may or may not have something to do with the fact that I'm no longer living in state, but considering the other reviews, I doubt it.Since I first installed it, like All new apps, I have to get used to its' newness, and since AT&T has given me Such a hard time, this is the Best, plus it's Live, too!🥰🙏🏼(& by the way, I'm Seriously considering changing my TV service, after 17 years)!! There's just no sense in this.Panama City and the panhandle of Florida will always be conservative.

2. All the live or important news stories\updates are 30+ min late! What the heck!? I'd rather pay for an app that gave me ACTUAL up to date and on time information, as opposed to a free app that was always late with the news..This is a great App.

3. It seems to work well, and it lets me stay on top of whats going on, when i am out of town, or if i have missed the news and weather on t.v.Everything is great! Especially the weather forecast.

4. For the first few days I had this app, I could watch the (outdated by several days) news.

1. Fix 13NOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 13NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 13NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "13NOW" » Open 13NOW - WMBB News 13 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 13NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 13NOW - WMBB News 13 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 13NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "13NOW - WMBB News 13" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 13NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 13NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 13NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 13NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 13NOW not working

2. Fix 13NOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 13NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 13NOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 13NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
