1. No idea if it is supposed to be done the following way, but it works for me...... I have the mic disabled in the app on my pixel, so that won't pick up what I'm saying, just the watch.Terrible on a smartwatch! Fails to even play audio too often, slow, I'd rather not waste my precious storage! But, when it works, it does work... though slowly.It works well on android.

2. On my Tickwarch with wear OS tho the wake word doesn't work, but when i go manually into the app, it works! Im trying to figure out how to go in the app setting on wear OS.Good effort, however, the wake word/trigger doesn't work and reminders aren't supported.

3. If I manually open and close the app it will respond to wake words, but is very slow to respond or do anything.Works like a charm! ** Edit: tried to reinstall but app is stuck on download pending on permission verification.

5. But my echo dots in the house are picking up my voice so why doesnt the phone? I'm going back to google assistant because it can hear my commands way better and I dont have to click on the google assistant app to start a command.

8. It works really well, there's surprisingly little delay from when you touch the face and speak to Alexa doing my bidding Now if only this could be a replicator as well... I'd really be in the future.

9. I did and no matter how far or close my phone is to my mouth, I can not get it to hear me say Alexa so it can complete my commands.

1. Fix Listens Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Listens: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Listens App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Listens" » Open Listens for Alexa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Listens » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Listens for Alexa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Listens servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Listens for Alexa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Listens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Listens might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Listens. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Listens then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Listens not working

2. Fix Listens Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Listens be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Listens not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Listens may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
