1. On what basis are we rating something we haven't even tried? I suggest 24 hour trial, and access to the data.Be careful.
2. The trial period is only 4 hours, and worse, when the trial period ends you don't have access to the trial data.
3. It gives false promises of being able to track WhatsApp messages, but it crashes every time I try to open it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Chat Track Issues
1. Fix Chat Track Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Chat Track: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Chat Track App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chat Track" » Open Chat Track: Online Tracker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chat Track » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Chat Track: Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chat Track servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chat Track: Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Chat Track app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chat Track might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Chat Track. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chat Track then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chat Track not working
2. Fix Chat Track Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chat Track be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chat Track not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chat Track may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
