WhenLog Customer Insights

1. somehow i try to contact with support tim, i had twice email, but its no respon yet till now about 4 hours the developers help me via email, and now the application work well and smooth, great job!! 😊I am considering buying, tried many others and this is the best one I found, just one little thing the total hours number is too big.

2. have sent few emails but no reply, please do the refund for the remaining subscription period! ***Just realised many customers have the same experience as me, so sad!Of all the WhatsApp last seen tracker apps I hv tried so far, this one is the coolest.

3. Learn from my mistake!i try trial version, it look nice even some notification had delay, then i had purchase upgrade premium for a month for two number, but when i open the app the trial version still counting down and when i click the counting clock its says my account hasn't active 😥.

4. So I did let's see if this improves service and I'll update here.During trial period it worked absolutely fine, after paid subscription it hardly worked for 2 days and since then not working at all.

9. I am waiting if my services are restored soon or not..I may change my review later on..I paid for a 2 months subscription.

10. Update: I did send email got reply to get paying subscription.

11. Fully satisfied ! One thing I consider a flaw is when you are not connected to Internet, it doesn't give you Online Offline Notifications when you get connected even if the contact has come online many times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WhenLog Issues

1. Fix WhenLog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WhenLog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WhenLog App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhenLog" » Open WhenLog - Last Seen Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhenLog » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WhenLog - Last Seen Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhenLog servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhenLog - Last Seen Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WhenLog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhenLog might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WhenLog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhenLog then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhenLog not working


2. Fix WhenLog Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhenLog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhenLog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhenLog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi walog I activated two numbers which was working perfect but since yesterday morning around 9am one number stopped working till today it is not working. Please activate my other asap please as I need to view the activity iurgently. Thanks

  • Hi first I have added just one number but after 7 days that is yesterday I upgraded with another number. My money is deducted from my bank a/c for the upgraded number but I cannot see any activity till today. Pls need your help as soon as possible. Many thanks

  • the walogger is not working since 9am this morning. May i know what can i do? The app does not show the online status of the number i am tracking.

  • my walog is not working since last night. I have a paid account which lets me track 2 numbers. Please help. The error I am getting is "Operation failed! We're down for maintenance. We will notify you when the system is active."
