I emailed them and it is conveniently said that they haven't received the amount... is this issue going to be sorted ..I have been using it for months never had an issue ...this is the 1st time ...please sort it out ....the error is from your end.. cause if the error messages pops I can't seem to recharge and have no option but to move to another app.I paid subscription but the app was not working.

Got the trail, it worked well , paid; it was easy and fast, still working well, I get on and offline notifications, but I would like two features added; firstly to have the notification sound changed (it is confusing with other notifications having the same sound) and secondly it would be extremely helpful to see the number of the person that the message has been sent to.
3. notification sound, please differentiate the notification sound from online and offline, and please distinguish it from the system notification sound.Using free trial right now.
4. please enable auto refresh for certain period of time or pull to refresh, so we don't need to click the refresh button manually.
5. Notifications of online and offline still pop up for some contacts but main screen shows no analysis or comparison for whole day.
6. Five stars if you can do this.Hi support team, I am a subscriber for your app but was disappointed as the apps has been giving me issues.
7. A lot of ppl paid for this service usage.Quite powerful and money saver compared to other apps.
8. date range, please enable auto date range for today as default, so we don't need to manually change the date.
9. For the last 3 days every morning I have had to restart the app by clicking on 'start' because the app stops working during the night or randomly throughout the day.
10. So far, it's great! Stay tuned for update.**Update** free trial is only 8 hrs however it allows you to track 2 phone#s.
11. please enable tracker within one monitor screen so we don't need to change between numbers.
