1. Worst experience, Just downloaded and opened up but it doesn't work.. While there is no free trial option as well as the main menu and home page also does not work.. Don't waste your time using the app..Just paid a month's subscription and App is not working 😕.

2. And from last month the app is not working.Worst experience... It is only showing monitoring for last one week... No details of online or last seen or history are being updated... No use, kindly refund my money and cancell the subscription.

No comms from developers via email or TelegramThese people are frauds .i have made the payment and yet the subscription has not started inspite of sending multiple mails ..i did not get any reply .very poor app and all these people r bunch of frauds.. No one is bothered even to reply back or solve the issue.

4. I paid for this app every month for well over a yearAs soon as i installed this app, first pop_up appear on my screen was "your trial period has ended please select subscription package".

5. Still 90% of the time it works quite well without any serious issues and gives reliable information.Update 1-15-23--well it looks like they found a way around the WhatsApp update from early December.

6. All i want to ask is how does my subscription ended when it wasn't started in first place? For a thing to end it needs to start first.
