1. Yes...FIXED! Five stars, now!! And the photos are beautiful.I just found and downloaded this app the other day, but so far it's amazing! This app is pretty easy to use once you figure out the customization process, has zero ads, and also has several customizable widgets to choose from! The last weather app I used had ads, and wouldn't always keep the customization as I had set it.

2. This is the best weather app I have used in many years!!! I'd give it a 10 star rating!I like this app a lot...it is easy to use and completely AD-FREE...but at first the Notification display on the Lock screen didn't update.

1. Fix Weather & Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather & Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather & Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather & Widget" » Open Weather & Widget - Weawow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather & Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather & Widget - Weawow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather & Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather & Widget - Weawow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather & Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather & Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather & Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather & Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather & Widget not working

2. Fix Weather & Widget Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather & Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather & Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather & Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
