WA Agent Customer Insights

1. I can't find how to contact support.Completely not acceptable with new update version, older version was too better it was shows online and offline notification with time.

2. Seems issue got fixed and some tracker(WeRadar,WeLog) apps providing accurate data with online and offline with time and notifications after yesterday issue, not sure why still issue is there with this app.

3. Very good to begin with, but now, not so goodThis was not accurate AT ALL, in a whole week i gave it the opportunity just because i thought notification might have a delay.

4. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON AN APP THAT WORKSPoor notification it's showing online notification incorrect.

5. It is constantly crashing, does not update you, looses the log history, won't load for days on end or takes ages to actually load.

6. Please fix asapDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - This is an honest and Frank review....... if you are looking for a reliable app, then this app is not for you.

7. Not one single notification was real, this is literally a scam, you are literally paying to get random made up notification.

8. And now all of a sudden it has deleted all of the history of the last 3 days and says "there is no detail yet about this number" even though yesterday I had info for this number.

9. If it's still continue like this, I'll uninstall the app and use different application.App sucks and is a waste of money.

10. Tried to open the app but still shows up with this sign.

11. It shows lines of random times and you don't know if this is when they became active/inactive or how long they were even on.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WA Agent Issues

1. Fix WA Agent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WA Agent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WA Agent App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WA Agent" » Open WA Agent: Online Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WA Agent » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WA Agent: Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WA Agent servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WA Agent: Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WA Agent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WA Agent might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WA Agent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WA Agent then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WA Agent not working


2. Fix WA Agent Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WA Agent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WA Agent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WA Agent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
