1. Having to hold press each area I wish to edit is more than tedious, I was trying to work with it, but I can't seem to handle it's complicated operations.the apps not bad, but had a lot of glitches, that i have since found depends on the browser or platform you are using to edit your web site.

Caution: when you're tapping your back-button to navigate back to the previous pages, be careful because if you're not familiar with it's layout (like me) you may overlook the fact you're already backed out to the main page, and feel the need to hit the back-button once more to make sure you can't back out farther to confirm that it's the actual home page.

1. Fix Leia A.I. Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leia A.I.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leia A.I. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leia A.I." » Open Leia A.I. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leia A.I. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leia A.I. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leia A.I. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leia A.I." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leia A.I. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leia A.I. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leia A.I.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leia A.I. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leia A.I. not working

2. Fix Leia A.I. Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leia A.I. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leia A.I. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leia A.I. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
