1. Customer support is quick I had a question and got a respond within a few hours.I have been using Alarm Clock Plus (pro) for years and overall it's a wonderful app! I appreciate all the work done in the recent updates and fixes! My only real complains (and they are minor) are: 1) The alarm icon used to be hidden (via setting) but no longer.

2. Now the alarm sound continues even while typing on the keyboard which means that with an alarm with a few hard problems to answer to snooze/dismiss, it could take a long time for the alarm to be silenced and this is a huge problem.

3. Alarm set for 4:20 AM, but always goes off around 6:53AM.it used to be that when the alarm would go off, with math problems set for snooze/dismiss, the alarm would be temporarily silenced when there was activity on the phone's keyboard (i.e. if I was typing an answer).

4. Also, some problems with settings being undone--not saved, including the alarm ring tone that is selected.

5. Each alarm can use different features than the other alarms and as far as i used this App.

6. This was great because i could right away quiet the alarm by quickly answering the math problems.

7. Make it better & it's 5 stars!As the years go by and I get different phones and try different alarm apps, I always end up coming back to this one.

1. Restart Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds)" » Open Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alarm Clock Plus(NoAds) then reinstall.
