Why need to give those permissions for fictions apps?My device is samsung galaxy s6 and the message from this app is that the device does not permit the storage of 小説 and requests the change of setting but there is no option to select permission for storage in the app setting unlike that on the samsung galaxy s2 tablet (still in use now) which contains the option to permit storage in the app setting.
