There are times when I watching videos and it's constantly buffering, but when I turn off the service the buffering stops, but now I'm back to not being able to connect.This app is practically worthless because it has to be manually turned on every time the device is turned on, meaning, it is never on.

1. Restart VirtualShield VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VirtualShield VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VirtualShield VPN" » Open VirtualShield VPN - Fast, reliable, and unlimited. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VirtualShield VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VirtualShield VPN - Fast, reliable, and unlimited. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VirtualShield VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VirtualShield VPN - Fast, reliable, and unlimited." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
