1. There are times when I watching videos and it's constantly buffering, but when I turn off the service the buffering stops, but now I'm back to not being able to connect. This app is practically worthless because it has to be manually turned on every time the device is turned on, meaning, it is never on.
2. 🔥 Doesn't work 🔥I like Virtual Shield and yes I did have a problem with the update, however, I did contact their technical support team about the problem and I was I was impressed with the responses, support, and follow-up from them to get the issue resolved.
3. Therefore, most of the time when using one's device, the VPN is not in active use, rendering the service worthlessThis is the worst app for my android phone, laptop and pc with a microsoft OS.
4. That is important to me, and I would definitely recommend Virtual Shield to anyone looking to use a VPN.Re: Jan 10th Update: When I start the app, the page shows for 1 sec, that there's an update available, but it's so fast, I can't click, cos it straight goes to the 'connection' page.
5. I cannot recommend this company.I've had them for about a year ( paid for two years ) I started to notice I needed to jump around from city to city three or four times for the VPN to fully engage, last Autumn.
6. Both from my phone and tablet it takes at times more than five minutes to connect to the service.
7. Terrible linux experience even they claim "works on most Debian based OS" in my experience, worked once w/dpkg errors Browser extension is surprisingly good but it's just for the browser not the full OS.
8. I have had the service for 1 1/2 years, and most of that time have not had protection on my laptop.
9. I would give it a zero stars if I could! I installed your update, it still sucks!Last updated March 2020.
10. Almost always gets stuck on "Automatic" connect and you have to manually select a new server and some won't work regardless.
11. Now that they had me "update my password for improved security," it won't connect at all.
