Why should I report an Issue with Color by Number for Adults?

1. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, and they could be gold! This is by far THE BEST! Your pictures are so vivid, the animals are so life-like! Even the ads aren't so intrusive! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!! It would be nice if the picture were stationary until you move it or enlarge it.

I won't uninstall the app but I hope you make it a little more user friendly!Lots of different artwork to choose from, and updated daily with new pictures and different skill levels, depending on how you feel or amount of time you want to invest, from super easy to extremely difficult & time consuming.

3. I like that there is a wide array of colors and the lack of the heavy black lines of other coloring/painting apps is wonderful! What I don't care for is the fact that the hints aren't "cumulative" and you can't earn more by watching an ad like in other apps.

4. I do wish you could change the "selected" color, because sometimes the black/white/grey just blends in with the pictures.

5. I would give five stars, but I find that the cells are harder to select than other coloring apps.

1. Fix Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color" » Open Color by Number for Adults » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color by Number for Adults app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color by Number for Adults" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color not working

2. Fix Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
