1. I would avoid unless you enjoy giving your money away to scammers.I like honesty and loyalty and tell truth ....etc like good not like to do bad or wrong but I did continue asking complete the profile instead of I press maybe later so it is wrong and bad doing not only that I my done some other mistakes and bad or wrong done this app is forcing to much to complete the profile by not completing any problems will get no then this app is forcing I don't want to tell lie.
2. The filter doesn't work at all!!! I put in any distance of even up to 200 miles and you would think the results would change at least by 1 or 2 people but no, no changes and it's even showing me all of the same profiles over and over that are in California, new York and several other states that are so far from me that there's no possibility of meeting up with them...this app is a total scam and pretty much, sorta like being robbed if you put money into it.
3. How should I proceed, please help!This page offers 3 memberships I paid one of tre months per €10 each monthdi When I finished the payment, I received a message that I did pay € 119 SO IT'S A SCAM.
4. And this app is commercial if upgrade done then only you can see messages or maybe favouritesI paid my subscription for 6 months but still I don't get premium, I have the receipt from Google play store.
5. It's obvious they don't want real women there so they can continue to scam unsuspecting men with fake profiles that they create.

10. Before you pay you receive 40 messages, after you are stolen the all messsges disappear.Too much expensive.
11. tried to file for a refund after 2 days of use, didnt get any help, so I feel scammed too.

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VictoriaMilan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Dear Madam /Sir,
I herby officially request to cancel all paid services related to my subscription with Victoria Milan site. I have subscribed to premium and premiun plus and despite my 5 or 6 previous attempts to cancel through contacting your customer service you never cancelled it and kept deducting from my credit card. In the contrary your staff never answered my requests but kept avoiding it by providing answers that are either not related to the request or those don't work by claiming your having IT issues for more than a month now. This clearly proves your very poor and unprofessional customer service and is quite enough to ask again to cancel all paid services with your website.
