2. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I had created some shapes and placed them in a particular order but once I reload the saved file, the shapes get misplaced and are all over the place.

1. Fix Paint Draw AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paint Draw AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paint Draw AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paint Draw AR" » Open Paint Draw AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paint Draw AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paint Draw AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paint Draw AR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paint Draw AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paint Draw AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paint Draw AR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paint Draw AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paint Draw AR then reinstall.
