Why should I report an Issue with Complete Reference for DnD 5?

You won't be able to.A very useful app for quickly looking through all sorts of content which currently exists (taking a scroll through the Goods and Services tab showed me a lot of difficult-to-find information which I never even thought about before) and is not an app you need to spend any money to get good value out of it.

3. I would say they need to improve their search a touch, I am not able to easily search for Ritual Spells for example The changes to the character manager have solved every problem that were frustrating to me.

4. I can't view my spells on character creation, not anywhere else, no basic weapons, like swords....won't let me multiclass, won't auto level simple stats, most of my selected spells aren't there, every time I try to go back a page, the app crashes without the ability to report the crash.

5. There are some entries that are missing info, monsters with the wrong CR, spells missing key parts of their rules, fake rules for weapon crits, format issues, incomplete entries, other things like that.

6. I'd like to see some more effort by the creater in adding content from the books, like domains.When I look up an item like a spell, it brings up a summarized entry, but when I tap I that entry to expand it and read the full they text, there is zero content within.

7. While going into the forums to create content is quick and easy, formatting them properly is a bit awkward and takes a lot more work to make it look like the rest of the content pre-installed.

8. There is only so many options to choose from and after paying for both the character creation and dungeon Master's tools I can't help but be disappointed.

1. Fix Complete Reference Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Complete Reference: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Complete Reference App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Complete Reference" » Open Complete Reference for DnD 5 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Complete Reference » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Complete Reference for DnD 5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Complete Reference servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Complete Reference for DnD 5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Complete Reference app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Complete Reference might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Complete Reference. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Complete Reference then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Complete Reference not working

2. Fix Complete Reference Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Complete Reference be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Complete Reference not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Complete Reference may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
