1. Fix US Congress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart US Congress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the US Congress App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "US Congress" » Open US Congress » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for US Congress » click "UPDATE".
