Why should I report an Issue with Photex?

1. If you switch to arabic fonts to insert some arabic line in urdu text, the whole matter converts to Arabic fonts and when you switch back to urdu, the whole matter including arabic, goes urdu.brother this application is perfect only one feature is missing, we can't set image size....there should be an option too set picture size like thumbnail size, square size etc as present in PixelLab.

2. Note: This issue is occurring in almost all vivo mobile phones Malik Qaiser NaveedIt was very good application and i used to make posters using it very easily but now it became bad .

3. But there is a problem in this when I complete and upload a poster, it becomes blur and the fonts r not as clear as written on display so it must be enhanced.Excellent app but having keyboard issues.

4. I'm facing the application crash issue since two months, when I select photo for background the app restart everytime and I couldn't be able to do this.

5. 1 there is no option to change the email address.and i have lost my few photex accounts 2 A friend likes post once and does a show 10 times 3 There should be an option to message friends Otherwise its good app for writing and postingIt worked excellent for a while.

6. Urdu keyboard doesn't have tashdeed or jazam and you can't write Allah or Alhamdu in urdu.

7. I have been working on it a lot, but the last time I updated this app, after installing it, there was a problem that the image save message comes, but the image is not saved.

8. If you take Allah from Arabic keyboard, dual images of tashdeed appear.

9. It freezes and then crashes.The reason I am giving only one star is that I m so worried because of this application.

10. Hindi keyboard has few unnecessary keys but not having झ or क्ष and one can't write झूला रक्षा etc.

11. I think many people facing the application crash while doing some tasks.

1. Fix Photex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photex" » Open Photex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photex not working

2. Fix Photex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
