Why should I report an Issue with POV – Disposable Camera Events?

1. trust me it becomes chaos and the quality goes down + most people won't want to download an app just for pictures so select the right ones and enjoy!This was a fun way to get different perspectives of my wedding! It was easy to set up and easy to download all of the photos using the export all button! The cost Seemed a little pricey though.

I only realised I had paid more than what was stated on the app when I checked my bank account which was not the best suprise considering I was trying to budget for a wedding!The quality of the photos you take is terrible, you can only ise the app to take the photos but they come out awfulPaid for the app picture from my event people were having issues trying to use the app it was complete waste.

3. No one wanted to send the pictures without seeing them first I paid for 175 guests we had 250 guests only 5 people submitted photos.

4. It's a novel idea but all the photos being put I'm chronological order is not enough of an incentive to spend this kind of money when they can only take 25 pictures.Briliant ideea, congrats.

5. If You make this, this app will be the best! ✌️5 stars for the ideea, 4 stars because you need to do some improvement's!Absolutely love this app!! Very easy and got some awesome photos!!This is the first time I've seen something like this.

6. But You need to increase the photos for guest to minimum 100, make it so we can use the default camera app and put option so we can upload all the album to Google photos.

7. Absolute garbageWait... you are gonna charge me 70 bucks so the 200 some guesrs at my wedding can take 25 photos.... bwahaha.

8. Customer service had to help me find those I only got 25 pictures from the event that was enough for the free versionCant view photo collections after the event is done on the web.

9. And then when you do download the app you cant login because "credential manager is not supported on your device" even though I have the latest software version on a new device.

10. This works best if you select a couple of people to take the pictures instead of all.

11. The total photo count per person Should be much higher then that especially for what you are charging.

1. Fix POV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart POV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the POV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "POV" » Open POV – Disposable Camera Events » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for POV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear POV – Disposable Camera Events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from POV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "POV – Disposable Camera Events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check POV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, POV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall POV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall POV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing POV not working

2. Fix POV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make POV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to POV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, POV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
