1. Simple things like being able to see a full time line of all updates of plants in an environment, showing full text in photo updates, and fixing the lunar calendar graphics would go a long way.

2. It would also be amazing if we could apply the watering button to multiple plants at once being I usually water and feed them all at the same time with the same food notes.

3. A couple features that would be nice: Applying a log entry to an environment (so I can water all plants in environment without having to go to each plant).

4. Also, the ability to copy notes, post photos quicker/in mass, and to have multiple plants under the same title would help.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Grow with Jane Issues

1. Fix Grow with Jane Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Grow with Jane: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Grow with Jane App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grow with Jane" » Open Grow with Jane - Cannabis plan » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grow with Jane » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Grow with Jane - Cannabis plan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grow with Jane servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grow with Jane - Cannabis plan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Grow with Jane app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grow with Jane might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Grow with Jane. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grow with Jane then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grow with Jane not working


2. Fix Grow with Jane Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grow with Jane be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grow with Jane not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grow with Jane may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
