1. Fix Phases of the Moon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phases of the Moon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phases of the Moon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phases of the Moon" » Open Phases of the Moon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phases of the Moon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phases of the Moon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phases of the Moon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phases of the Moon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
