Why should I report an Issue with TYT - Home of Progressives?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TYT to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Including interrupted video, no audio, problems while listening with screen off, app not closing when I exit, needing to be force closed, other times closing on it's own, among other issues.

2. I have issues with force closing, unstable playback, and when I pause it, or when a notification comes in the playback stops, the app logs out then promptly crashes.

3. I'm using a Note 9.I immensely enjoy listening to the young turks and I love they that have an app that shows their content but there are a couple of bugs that make the app hard to use.

4. So, this app can annihilate your memory if you're not careful and irritate the hell out of you because you're constantly having to restart content and search for the spot where it cut off.The content is top notch, so I highly recommend TYT on the web and other media, such as Pluto.

6. When steaming the podcasts and videos, they will only play for 5 min and then stop and then when you have to restart it, it goes back to the beginning so make sure you remember where it stopped.

7. I hope this gets fixed and membership would be worth it.I love the content but I hate the app.

8. If I pause a podcast I should be able to swipe the app closed through my notification bar but it doesn't let me.

10. Also, you can't cast archive video to roku or smart TV, so you're stuck watching that on the small screen.

1. Fix TYT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TYT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TYT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TYT" » Open TYT - Home of Progressives » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TYT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TYT - Home of Progressives app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TYT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TYT - Home of Progressives" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TYT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TYT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TYT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TYT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TYT not working

2. Fix TYT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TYT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TYT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TYT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
