1. overall: trash.This app is really cool! I figured out how to pair the Smart Hub and my phone, it's a little tricky at first but as long as you enter the app without Bluetooth on and select the "allow Bluetooth" option it should pair.
2. Thanks!in the previous update, it worked perfect for me, but now, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, checking all of the LED poets to make sure theyre rifht, and going as far as trying tk reset the smart hub, it doesnt even work.
3. After choosing the smart hub fron the main page, im brought to another page that is as long as 2 lengths of my phone, where im unable to do anything except change the first light.
4. It will connect no issues at first, but if you have to switch to another app that uses bluetooth, it has difficulty reconnecting.
5. Not sure if it's the phone or the app not being compatible.My issue is separate from what everyone else is having.
6. My husband's iPhone can see the app control the lights no problem but I'm no longer able to since my phone upgraded.
7. I've tried resetting the kit Bluetooth connections, resetting my phone and phones Bluetooth connections, and tried all forms of unplugging and plugging back in.
8. If you are having an issue with a strip not coming on, look at the different zones in the app, and if any are grayed out, that means that zone is off.
9. This could have been avoided by including a SWITCH Waiting for an update.Have had no issue using the app with my fold 3 and tell it upgraded.
10. I did some rewiring this weekend, everything on my end is right, all the lights work, all the modes and colors are correct but it WILL NOT stay on for more than 10 seconds so I give up.
11. For those having a strip flashing and another strip staying solid with a different color, check the zones in the app.
