It is still great for taking progress photos and adding notes on what I did but I specifically got it so I could do before and afters and send them to my teacher.I've been using this app for a while for my business before and after pics, but today I'm trying to save and the images are not saving to my gallery.

3. For those of you experiencing this issue, my workaround is taking a screenshot and then cropping it after selecting your images.Excellent bar one, that you cant change the sate of the images you upload.

1. Fix Photo Progress Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Progress: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Progress App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Progress" » Open Photo Progress: Before - After » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Progress » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Progress: Before - After app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Progress servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Progress: Before - After" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Progress app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Progress might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Progress. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Progress then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Progress not working

2. Fix Photo Progress Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Progress be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Progress not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Progress may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
