1. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account.
2. App shows a service call "treatment" was done and displays charge but in another part of app it is showing no treatments done this year.
3. BTW, the popup that tells you to accept the cookies takes up most of the screen, I believe to prevent you from reading the privacy policy 2 lines at a time.The View Map feature is no longer accurate.

10. I have set up auto payment 6 times now! Every rep assuring me "I don't know what happened with the last person, but I assure you I have done it right this time." And again, it fails.
11. UNFORTUNATELY that is no where to be found!! I tried setting up text notifications, put in my cell then selected push + text and an error occurred.
