1. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account.

2. App shows a service call "treatment" was done and displays charge but in another part of app it is showing no treatments done this year.

3. BTW, the popup that tells you to accept the cookies takes up most of the screen, I believe to prevent you from reading the privacy policy 2 lines at a time.The View Map feature is no longer accurate.

4. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.The app is not bad, but it appears to have limited features and functionality.

5. I am a transfer customer from Funk LawnCare and this is not making a very good impression.It seems like a nice app, with helpful features.

6. For example, while in the estimated service window, it incorrectly shows arrival is still 3 to 7 hours away.

7. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load).

8. After hours "Send Message" for call back feature doesnt take input and locks up app.

9. Waiting for an update to the app soon or it along with the service will be history!App has fundamental issues rendering it almost useless.

10. I have set up auto payment 6 times now! Every rep assuring me "I don't know what happened with the last person, but I assure you I have done it right this time." And again, it fails.

11. UNFORTUNATELY that is no where to be found!! I tried setting up text notifications, put in my cell then selected push + text and an error occurred.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TruGreen Issues

1. Fix TruGreen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TruGreen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TruGreen App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TruGreen" » Open TruGreen » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TruGreen » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TruGreen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TruGreen servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TruGreen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TruGreen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TruGreen might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TruGreen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TruGreen then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TruGreen not working


2. Fix TruGreen Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TruGreen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TruGreen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TruGreen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
