Would recommend Later as an alternative to anyone looking to utilise for social media scheduling and reporting.Can't upload & schedule Instagram video from this app (always fail).The desktop version of this app keeps asking me to install the cell phone app, even though it is installed, open, and running on my phone!Statistics shows only 0s for everything.. OK.. I tried the Web-form... So.. It suggested me to watch the video while I'm waiting.. OK.. I waited for 30 min and still nothing.. Seams like it just doesn't work.. And.. Yes, I verified the account.. At least I press this link several times! As it was poped-up every time I tried to find some statistics..I'm confused, is this app only for business accounts or also for normal accounts??I've been trying to EDIT a post for the last 2 hours and each time I try to save the edits, it reverts back to the original.

2. What's really the point of calling it a scheduling app when it can't even function as one.I wanted to give it a try even with all bad reviews, i thought the website was proposing good management tools for your social media.

3. Seems like the only way to edit is copy the caption, and recreate the post from scratch... Not particularly user friendly :(Starting from the signing in I'ce faced a lot of problems.

4. I mainly use this for scheduling content, but most the time the content doesn't even post, and I'm not given any reason why.

5. You really should check your app cause everyone complaining about the same issue.This app says you can try it for free with a 14 day trial, but you'll be blocked with pop ups to upgrade.

6. I can only conclude it is due to image aspect ratios, but then it begs the question why you can't adjust these on the app like you can on the desktop feature.

7. I download the app but can't connect at all it keeps telling me that i don't have an account with them when i created one 2days ago.

8. I scheduled a post for 3pm and by 3:20pm, it was still sitting pretty.

1. Fix Iconosquare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Iconosquare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Iconosquare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Iconosquare" » Open Iconosquare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Iconosquare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Iconosquare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Iconosquare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Iconosquare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Iconosquare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Iconosquare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Iconosquare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Iconosquare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Iconosquare not working

2. Fix Iconosquare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Iconosquare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Iconosquare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Iconosquare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
