1. Add to that, the usability of the Viewer is great, even on the relatively small screen on my mobile phone.The app is freezing at the signing in step, an internet browser opened but nothing happen.

8. No thanks.I've been using SketchUp Pro for many years, mainly to do detailed drawings of our house and use these everytime we have a new building project.

9. The app itself seems well made and responsive.Can't use the app to see Sketchup files I have saved to the cloud from laptop so the app is useless.

10. I haven't even had the chance to use it because it just takes over, eliminating all of my other open tabs and practically forcing me to restart my computer in order to get back to work.

1. Fix SketchUp Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SketchUp Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SketchUp Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SketchUp Viewer" » Open SketchUp Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SketchUp Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SketchUp Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SketchUp Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SketchUp Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SketchUp Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SketchUp Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SketchUp Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SketchUp Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SketchUp Viewer not working

2. Fix SketchUp Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SketchUp Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SketchUp Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SketchUp Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
