Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Attitude Magazine Issues

I ordered the heartstopper magazine issue on the 15th of April, before the issue became unavailable. Under a month later I email them (attitude) to question were my package was, only to receive an a response saying that the issue is no longer in stock, (despite the fact that i had ordered the issue way before it was unavaliable) and was then given the option to either receive a refund or an alternative issue for a replacement. I sent back a response email asking for the refund and questioning why had not received any information from attitude prior to me emailing them. The email i received back from them completly disregarded my question and only said that they would go through with the refund. The customer service was incredibly poor, and the action to not even send an email about my order was even poorer. Disappointing.
