Why should I report an Issue with Storm Guard - Weather Radar?

1. Image has activity on screen but at the top it says 'No weather detected.' In the notifications it says 'Heavy weather detected' but radar screen does not say that.Worked fine for a couple days.

2. Maybe your equipment is slowSeems to work well, would like the option to add multiple cities and set home city, and as someone else stated a one time option to purchase instead of a subscription.Does not work fully on phones that has Android 9 operating system.

3. Using the Weather System Inspector Button will list (at times) more cells that lacks storm cell identifiers.

4. Has it been abandoned??Radar shows what has already past up to current time but it doesn't show anything for an hour from current time.

5. The ads are not intrusive so that is good, I'd like to pay to remove them but for $12 I'll live with them or just use my main weather app.I don't know what some people are talking about with this app but it is practically real time for me.

1. Fix Storm Guard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Storm Guard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Storm Guard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Storm Guard" » Open Storm Guard - Weather Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Storm Guard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Storm Guard - Weather Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Storm Guard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Storm Guard - Weather Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Storm Guard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Storm Guard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Storm Guard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Storm Guard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Storm Guard not working

2. Fix Storm Guard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Storm Guard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Storm Guard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Storm Guard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
