ThanksI am using this app since last one month and today I have extended my subscription plan for next one month and I have made an payment via Smart purchase payment app and I have done transaction with my debit card and the money has deducted from my account but still in the app it is showing that your plan is expiring today and please pay now so it's my humble request to please update my account and services as soon as possible because I have made a payment and the money has been already deducted.How to remove the added contact.... As I tried for one contact in trial version... After complying of my trial version I paid for the app but it's not showing the added numbes last seen details.... Please help at the earliestBest tracking app available on playstore.

2. It works fine during trial... But when you want to subscribe you are being send to another app that you have to install, depending on whether you choose Google play payment or credit card/PayPal payment, you are being asked to install a different app, from a different developer and both of them have very bad reviews... I actually wanted to pay for this app, but not under those options...I don't understand what's happening the app was working just fine till yesterday, it always comes with a connection error and I have amazing connection.

1. Fix Whatson Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whatson: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whatson App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whatson" » Open Whatson - Whatsapp Tracker (Last Seen, Online) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whatson » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whatson - Whatsapp Tracker (Last Seen, Online) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whatson servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whatson - Whatsapp Tracker (Last Seen, Online)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whatson app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whatson might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whatson. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whatson then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whatson not working

2. Fix Whatson Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whatson be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whatson not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whatson may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
