1. I found other reviews online with people asking how to get rid of them, because they keep bugging you in your email, secretly tracking your email and emailing you with an announcement saying that the email is still being tracked, even though they disabled your account.

2. I have sent emails to customer service, 4 requests sent over a 9 hour period and no response.

3. It changes all your contacts to include "track" in the name and ".trackapp.io" to the email address AND THERE IS NO WAY to change it back! You're stuck with it, unless you manually edit each individual contact (that's over a thousand contacts for me).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Track Issues

1. Fix Track Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Track: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Track App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Track" » Open Track - Email Tracking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Track » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Track - Email Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Track servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Track - Email Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Track app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Track might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Track. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Track then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Track not working


2. Fix Track Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Track be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Track not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Track may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have numerously reached out in email.. I have an existing account .. however I just activated uphillpower69.. I paid for it today!... It stated it was activated but sent to my previous email of ckathy3837@gmail. I keep trying to track my emails on uphillpower69@ gamil.com and it stated to activate and takes to me to the page to buy it again.. can u please activate this account as both my accounts on email are seperate.
