1. instead of low data connection's that takes forever.Simple Mobile account app has been really good the service texts have not been that great I've had a couple problems by losing rewards that they owed me and did nothing about it but I do like it it is a good app they do have good phones T-Mobile is there service I think and I've always had great experience with that on the signals I go places where other phones go that don't work but mine still does thanks again.ok dropping the stars because nothing is working after updating it it has gone downI have had a horrible experience with this company 1st of all I bought a phone and a service plan and because of whatever technical difficulties they said my pin had already been redeemed so I lost a whole $40 plan on that one had to buy a new one.

2. Also, it appears that the Manage PIN stash doesn't allow me to add PINs, only use them 🤔.I lost two days of service by re-upping my payment two days earlier than when I was due... This after I asked the service operator, why I was being penalized for re-upping early, as I was being told would be beneficial to me to re-up before my due date!?!? Also, I paid for "5G Unlimited Data" and, received the same $40 service plan!!! I may not be "re-upping" this service again... But then I am stuck with the phone!?!? It should not be this difficult, to get what you pay for.faster stream connection would be great.

3. What is the point of having rewards points where you can use them to re-up your account with air time if you can't use them anyway!!! Please fix the bugs.App won't allow login, billing dates keep changing, for one phone but not the other, on a multiphone account despite both being paid for at same time.

4. Customer service lied about changes allegedly made to our account by a government agency.

5. takes way too long to get my account info, because of the data shortage $26.97 only got me 3gb of data that lasted quicker than a commercial, about 2 guys becoming plumber's.othrr than that it isn't it lovely.

6. The cellular service that runs on T-Mobile and Verizon has been stable and secure.

7. All I want to do is make a payment, yet all these pop-ups and other irrelevant info keeps getting in the damn way!Don't buy this if it's get lost or stolen they don't cancel if you don't have another phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Simple Issues

1. Fix Simple Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Simple: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Simple App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple" » Open Simple Mobile My Account » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Simple Mobile My Account app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Mobile My Account" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Simple app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple not working


2. Fix Simple Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
