1. I set up another email just to create an account & apparently that won't work eitheThe service is spotty, data speeds are hit or miss and the customer service is non existent, every time you call they just read from a script instead of actually trying to help.I've been with net 10 for 12 years now and NEVER once thought about changing services.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Net10 My Account Issues

1. Fix Net10 My Account Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Net10 My Account: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Net10 My Account App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Net10 My Account" » Open Net10 My Account » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Net10 My Account » click "UPDATE".

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Net10 My Account" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
