1. whoever developed this app needs to be fired and NEVER allowed to touch a keyboard again, and SHAME ON TOWNHALL for not doing a single thing to address these issues experienced by many others!!!!*Revision* The latest version of this app works really well on my android phone.

2. You have quick and easy to read stories most of the time.Terrible app, one has to click several time to get an article to open, after of course quitting and closing the app and then reopening it for each article which then only partuially opens.

3. It started a while back.I have tried uninstalling and reloading the app, but it still doesn't work.Love the interface and certain conservative news outlet apps i go to read a story and can't make it through the whole story.

4. Not worth my time when stories do not load...and when they do, it's missing 50% of it.It used to work great.

1. Fix Townhall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Townhall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Townhall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Townhall" » Open Townhall » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Townhall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Townhall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Townhall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Townhall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Townhall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Townhall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Townhall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Townhall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Townhall not working

2. Fix Townhall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Townhall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Townhall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Townhall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
