1. Some time ago I wrote to the developer using the email address inside the app but did not receive a reply.The app looks pretty good so far, will see how it performs, But.. The widget is pointless, can't change the size, it can only be seen fully in Landscape and most phones are read in Portrait..just keeps saying "loading" so makes the whole thing a bit useless and not very convenient..will consider more stars if fixed..have had this for ages and it was good BUT now ONE ad about banks lying to you opens it and I can't close it, or get rid of it to have a look at the weather map! Uninstalled and tried again still the same, sent complaint to Google Ads and will delete it altogether if it isn't fixed SOON! Strangely enough it was fixed ??? until today NOW Chris Hemsworth is standing guard and won't let me open it at all, it tell me what happens next.

2. Losing the widget ability has reduced my ability to one glance & check the weather.This is by far my favourite weather app for the amount of useful information, particularly observations including the day's temperature extremes.

3. Not goodI hate how the widget screen defaults to Marla N.T., unless leave location services turned on all the time.

4. Time to delete!If the advertising wasn't so utterly obnoxious I might consider spending enough time trial it and consider purchasing.

5. Did it actually turn my volume back up each time to maximum every time I open it, near deafen me, and make me jump out of my skin (and others around me if I don't have headphones)? I can't even trial it.

6. Graphics are nice, but the 4x6 widget is tiny and despite taking up the whole screen, it only used around 2x3 with the rest being unusable empty space.

7. I'm not sure if I feel like pony'ing the money for the pro version, when the plebs version doesn't even work!Love the app, it's accurate with info.

8. The latest One Ui 5.1 update has caused issues with the widgets working on S20 Ultra which is annoying as hell.

9. Such a pity because it does have the features.....Isn't this app supposed to alert me when rain is coming? It's literally pouring with rain outside and your little app hasn't said "boo".

1. Fix AUS Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AUS Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AUS Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AUS Weather" » Open AUS Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AUS Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AUS Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AUS Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AUS Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AUS Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AUS Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AUS Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AUS Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AUS Weather not working

2. Fix AUS Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AUS Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AUS Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AUS Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
