Also every time I try to chat with an agent the app reboots.Why in the f world we cannot change the address? - The incompetent people on the chat and on the phone don't even bother to fix the address that is in the wrong number and street.Terrible app, it is always slow, always crashing and giving me issues when paying my bill.
2. If it weren't because they are the only company that I get reception at home, I would go back to T-mobile.⚠️It's going to be 6 years with this company... I'm not renewing my contract 😤 They keep charging me hidden fees and also stupid promotions that we don't even use!!! I have 5 lines with them...and they raise the prices and taxes for each line! My signal even have gotten worse and they raise my bill higher! Terrible company.
3. Absurd! Several times promised to correct it but do nothing.Most of the time experience technical difficulties, trying to make a payment and have to go to the store, course the app it's barely effectiveAwful App.
4. But one every time I try to login, it keep keeps changes the password, you can try to login 5 min later and it will change it.

8. I've paid a bill twice several times because of random errors.Have two accounts but can see only one allegedly because both have same email address.
9. Every time you try to make a payment either takes a long time to process or you just can't.
10. Tried for password recovery just in case i was doing something wrong, but no such luck.
11. Tried with email like the option states with no success.
I am writing this request on behalf of my mom and our desperation to receive help once and for all. We have been trying to cancel her contract with Claro Puerto Rico since her moving to NY on Jan 1st, 2022. At first we were told she had a credit, then we were told she needed to pay to cancel her contract which we did just to rid ourselves from this nightmare. My mom recently received a bill for services even though she paid to CANCEL! My mother is 72 years old and lives on a fixed income and resides in a residential building for senior citizens. We feel like she is being bullied to keep their services and taken advantage of. Please help us rid ourselves from this excruciating ordeal with this company.
