1. This way of reacting and wanting to improve deserves 5 stars!! Old message: looks awesome but doesn't work with china post :( Edit: thank you for your fast reaction! I already send you a mail around the same time i posted this ;) )its tracking well, but i dont like that to see the track info you have to watch an ad, and also wait a couple of minutes before it even gathers the info, overall really helpful app thoShows "available for pickup" when status is actually Out for Delivery; no time stamps on scans; no choice of which scans are notification-worthy; no links to carrier or additional info.This is not an auto reviewer this is a real customer! This app is one of the most complete parcel tracking apps I have ever used.

2. Over 500 carriers world wide! Most of all it will let you save each tracking number so your not having to hunt down your merchants email loooking for that pesky 900 character number.. Its a bo frills program sounds a bit pricy at .75 cents a day but very worth it!!!Terrible.

3. Pulling teeth would be easier.Good app! Tracks everything I need, could use a delete button for items marked delivered, but otherwise a good tracking app.Looks great so far.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Package Tracker Issues

1. Fix Package Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Package Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Package Tracker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Package Tracker" » Open Package Tracker – Track USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL... » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Package Tracker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Package Tracker – Track USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL... app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Package Tracker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Package Tracker – Track USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL..." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Package Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Package Tracker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Package Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Package Tracker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Package Tracker not working


2. Fix Package Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Package Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Package Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Package Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
