1. I had been using book style planners, but being able to have my planner conveniently on my phone with the widget keeping my tasks "in my face" has increased my productivity dramatically.
2. What I wanted...dreamed of in a to-do list app...is the ability to have both repeating tasks and one-time tasks, organized into one list, one day at a time.
3. It's very straightforward and user friendly, has features like recurring tasks, moving items to a different day, checklists, sound and/or vibration reminders and the ability to add subtasks, and they actually fix problems.
4. This app functions as an actual planner.Love this app, it does a great job managing my appointments and daily tasks.
5. But, it popped up the message so fast and left the screen just as fast! No time to read it and no alarm sound! To me, it's poorly written and totally unusable!I just started with this app because I am extremely disorganized and have just too much going on in life to keep track of everything.
6. For the calendar, having mini numbers with colors according to folders would be great for letting me know how many tasks in each color/folder for that day.I like it.
7. The only things that would make this better: 1) the ability to set reoccurring reminders 2) the ability to do a bulk reschedule..Ex: If you work out at 6am everyday & need to push it back to 6:30am, you can't select all subsequent events & push back by 30 mins.
8. I just wanted the whole day at a glance, with today's tasks and today's habits all in one easy block, so I took to writing out each day on a steno pad.
9. It was great for the first few days, but I quickly got bored of re-writing the same repeating tasks every single day.
10. I ended up constantly looking at the wrong tasks bc I was on the wrong screen.
11. Screen shots don't cut it with my list.Love it! So simple and easy to use.
